I've been mostly just an occasional lurker here, Ququuluru, but I have read your comments with interest, and appreciated their complexity. May the road rise to meet you, as the Irish say, as you move on to new territory. I hope your wish to see Wavy Gravy on Portlandia is requited! A field trip to Camp Winnarainbow could surely be undertaken by some set of characters on the show.
I just randomly came across this painting called "Frenzy of Exultations" by Polish artist Władysław Podkowiński and immediately thought of No Provenance... it's just so similar to the image the song conjures in my head. I'm sure it's just a coincidence, because supposedly the painting is a depiction of female orgasm... unless... the song is... huh... nah, that couldn't make sense......... hmmmmm............
