I wish so badly that she would do a children's album. She could cover her old favorite children's folk songs that she mentioned. Kids love her voice and love those old songs. And I think everyone would enjoy it.

Dunno Wanbli, watching her intro the band i got this weird fast forward into a bizzaro Flectonian-B 52's universe where Jnew smoozes on stage wearing a white fuzzy sweater and a poodle skirt, sporting a mile high beehive do and a Future Man version of a harp guitar, while a full big band standing behind little white stands with JN in powder blue letters breaks out in a funked up remake of Calloway Boogie....Ryan and Neal, wearing powdered wigs, roll their eyes at each other.....too over the top?

that is quite a bit more than your average photo shoot

Joanna has created the artistic styling of each shot and chosen lyrics from her works to further extend her art
Have to buy a copy of that mag for sure

Wow, she really does love that new Rodarte dress! These are awesome photos. She's been doing a lot of magazines at the moment, not to mention the publicity Portlandia will yield, so do we dare imagine that we may have something new from her soon? Perhaps the GIPC video (God willing)?

Anyone know of any scans of the Under the Radar magazine floating around?
