38-26-36 is quite a piece, can't quite wrap my head around it nor decipher wether i like it or not. i feel moved somewhere as if i never knew where i started or ended up, not that i fully recognize this as a bad or good thing and yet not really indifferent to it either...yes that about sums it up exactly :)
( think this work will take further non light reading)

Phone Sex With You
by Jessy Randall

What are you wearing?
Um, pants and a shirt
Can you make it more sexy?
And a knit hat
Now you're lying
I'm wearing a poncho
Take it off
I'm taking off my poncho in a really sexy way
Describe it
It has Velcro and I'm unvelcroing the Velcro
What sound does it make?
A sexy sound like khkhkhkhkh
A velcroey sound

51.899681°N latitude / -2.075110°W longitude: street view

We left the theatre in high spirits,
passed the bars that hold the town
in surrender of its daytime elegance.
We were guided around a crime scene -
fists thrown and blood spilled as freshly
as the play's bows and curtseys.
I pull my scarf tight around me, fix
my coat, turn to my uncle and say,
'Britain is awash with contradictions,'
our eyes immunised to the drunken
hoards as we pass. We tell each other
what we know of his trial. 'Much simpler,'
I said, 'if it had been Queensberry Rules.'
We moved through the revellers in silent
contempt, nod past the police officer,
turned left onto the High Street at the
beggar on the corner.

I find it hard to find things to say, phrase things in a way I understand
But given tools, of kings or fools, I'll rise, I'm good with my hands.

ah unrequited love....

11/30/88

when your eyes turn on
me
dispelling all pussycat
notions
in glimpses
that fearless feral gleam
lances me transfixed
like some trophy bug
pinned in a long
low box
of equally unlucky
fellows
shredding reason you
stretch
pheromones stand no
chance against
the luxury of your sensually
timed beauty
the candle of your
eyes is more than i am moth
yet hotter still, desire

That was a bravely honest and touching story, Quq. I'm sorry if I've spoken harshly to you before. We all present ourselves in ways we'd rather not from time to time, and you probably didn't deserve it; I doubt it was about you. I hope you're well.

So the girl that gave you directions to the book store wasn't Joanna?

NobodyfromNowhere wrote:well, for me. because holding onto this for so long and nursing this absurd fantasy has really been draining. now to finally put it away and let it go brings with it a somewhat cathartic sense of lightness and freedom.
now maybe instead of being committed to an imaginary relationship, i might actually be able to find a real relationship with someone. (as long as they don't know anything about this story---- surely that would ruin my chances!)
i don't know.
probably sounds stupid.
ohwell

I completely understand and I have been in the same position for longer than I care to mention. Clarity is good.
You were brave to come out about it all. Take care and I hope you find someone real, if not I hope you find happiness wherever you can, it ain't all about finding someone, obviously!

ha, ha,
really funny --- no
why didn't you just skip it?

Why would I skip it? It was a nice read.

I remember the name guessing with Ribbon Bows. But where did it go?

Ok, now I see why you think I would skip it. You are the same person as Ququuluru. This would be far less confusing if you didn’t use multiple screen names.
