Kate Bush backing vocals at the end of "Once" are so beautiful!

Listening to him monday night at Joanna's concert in Paris drove me to listen to Roy Harper again...

Well, I feel very passionate generally (musically speaking), and KB remains my biggest source of emotion, but I must admit Joanna now stands very near, so did some others anyway... But I can read just as much hardcore Joanna Newsom fans in here...

Just try to listen to this new one, it's so good! Neil Hannon is also a big crush of mine... By the way, at the moment, I'm listening to:

I very rarely listen to this Kate Bush album. I do only when I feel the "need" to hear it. There are so few songs I really like in it ("TSW", "The Fog", "Rocket's tail" which is just a pure masterpiece and "Walk straight down the middle").

I'm loving the new Divine Comedy album too as well as the two new Arcade Fire songs. I'm lucky to live in the middle of no-where so haven't listened to much music lately - lots of bird song and bees to listen to in the garden :)

I'm listening to Young Money right now. All I've been listening to lately is Joanna and hip hop. Oh, and the occasional Sunset Rubdown. I think they're my second favorite, after Joanna.

I love Kate Bush as well! She is my hero!!!

What's your favorite album by her Pierre? I dig The Dreaming personally.

Do you know if she's got anything planned for the future? It's been five years.

Enough of this terror, we deserve to know light.

Saw them live at my uni, they're absolutely fantastic- much heavier than on the album, they have 5 guitars or something silly. Shame it doesn't come through. Seeing them at latitude again, though :)

Can I jump in and recommend Jaylib's (J Dilla and Madlib) Champion Sound, if you've not heard it, excellent record!

For me this afternoon: Troyka - Troyka
