I've always thought "Ribbon Bows" was a kind of random name for that song. There's so much dog imagery that it seems a shame not to use it in the title, and the "eye of the dog" line also touches on the shaken faith aspect of the song.
Also, it makes me think of "Eye of the Tiger"

A lot of our alternative titles sound to me more like taglines or subtitles. I don't know how I'd suggest alternative titles, because hers all seem so spot on - maybe because she constructs them to focus your attention on some aspect of the song, e.g. Have One On Me as the title of the song directs you to the notion of sort of wanting to give some of yourself up to help but only making things worse, and giving thew album the same title directs you to that song and those lines as a kind of centrepiece, something to bear in mind while you're listening to the rest.
