I looked around a bit when the pictures went up but didn't find anything. I suspect vintage.

I was afraid of that :/

I'm just stuck on a couple of things though...

1. What color is she wearing, exactly? The color is so pale and I can't tell if its like, white..or pink or even in one picture it looked kind of blue-ish.

2. Is it a dress or is it 2 different pieces? Initially I had thought she was wearing a pink belt around her waist. A friend was convinced it was a cropped top and a skirt and I had looked again and thought the same. Then I was looking AGAIN the other day and now I'm questioning it again lol. While it does look her skin color, to me it looks like it could almost be a 1 piece dress w/ a waist belt lol.

Also in a picture I saw, it almost looked like (if they were separate pieces) that they were 2 different colors. But who even knows, maybe the lighting she was in was just funky

Does anyone have input or am I just in a huge confusion with this outfit lol

I think it's a dress with a pink sash/belt. The color looks different picture to picture which is pretty typical in a photocall vs. party situation because of different lighting, camera flashes, etc. I'd say it's a sort of silvery white but honestly it's hard to tell. I also think it's kind of ugly, TBH. It looks more like an old-timey slip than a dress. The cape coat thing is kind of fabulous though.

I'm not SO wild about it because I do find it kind of ...mehhh.. (she's worn way prettier things) but she did look gorgeous, as always, and I loved her hair! And the cape was pretty badass of her, might I say. Loveddd it. And the Charlotte Olympia purse :)

I heard that it was Dolce and Gabbana but I can't find any evidence of this!

EDIT - Nevermind - that was a discussion about another dress!

i think it is a sheer portion of tulle or netting not a belt? looked like a really, really light greenish, mint color. the neckline reminds me of something one of the popular girls in never been kissed would've worn...

Hm, I still don't even know...even from looking closer at pics hahah. What a mysterious dress.
I am convinced that it is one piece though, and that section is probably a sash or something.

I don't follow fashion a WHOLE lot but I find that I'm getting better at pointing out certain designers and I'm not sure this really strikes me as a Dolce piece (I could totally be wrong though). But it does bare resemblance to some of her other Dolce pieces in that it looks like a crop top and high waisted skirt, a Dolce style she wears a lot...and wears well!

But I still think this is probably a vintage piece.

The world may never knowwww

The reason I think it's a sash is that it looks like it's ridden up a little bit, leaving a section of the top part of the dress visible:

If it's built into the dress, that's some pretty lousy construction.

The top part does look somewhat Dolce & Gabbana-esque, but one of the things that makes me think it's vintage is that it looks like it was made for somebody more endowed in the chest region, and therefore it's less likely to be a modern piece (considering the average body type of a model who the designers are designing for). Compare it to how perfectly fitted her other D&G tops are; there's definitely a difference. Also the fabric of the dress looks flimsier than what you usually see from them.

I would just like to note that this conversation is what happens when Joanna goes more than four years without releasing a new album. Put us out of our misery and give us something good to talk about, J!

Yeah you do make some good supporting points claire!

So, I'm at my home computer now and I clicked the link that BeeJWeez provided and for some reason its SUPER zoomed in. I was just looking more at their faces and like...isn't it cute how both of their smiles have a very slight quirk to them?

The way Joannas bottom lip looks and Andys left side of his smile. He always looks like he smirks more on the right side lol.
Not bad features, by any means. I just think its cute :D

The dress description says mint, however it still looks like a silvery white to me lol.

Heres the dress. Its actually the top of an apron that ties which is actually that whole sheer part over the dress, I believe?

she was wearing that skirt on the 7 minutes in heaven video.

there are a few moments when you can see it, but apart from that, i haven't seen her wearing it anywhere else.
