Yeah, I always got the idea that Joanna knows she's beautiful with a beautiful body (those legs in the HOOM pictures!), and enjoys playing it up. I have serious doubts that she would do something just because someone encouraged her to do it if she already wasn't really into it.

Ditto. I kinda worry that this was pushed on her - the whole aesthetic of it - but I've not seen the whole video yet, so I don't know. It doesn't seem like a move in line with the overall direction she was going in with HOOM - it's kind of MEM-ish, pre-Ys, from what I've seen. Any other song on HOOM would have needed a much more noir-ish video.
