It's very early days yet, of course, but Division One has an unfamiliar look about it, with Only Skin down in 3rd, although the top three are separated only by very slender margins. The Final of JNST4 was not conducted on a round-robin basis, but all the others were, with tables published after every set or pair of sets. The above is the first time in any of these tables that Only Skin has not been at the top of the table!

There were lots of very close ones this time, especially in Division 2, which had three ties. I have to feel sorry for En Gallop, a personal favourite of mine, which led its two pairings 3-0 and 3-1 at stages, but eventually lost both 3-4. There was also a rare 'whitewash' in Division 3, where Jackrabbits polled no votes at all against '81. Soft As Chalk almost suffered the same fate against Have One On Me.
In the top division, three songs have won all their pairings, with Only Skin now moving up to 2nd. Curiously, Cosmia has recorded three wins and a tie, but the tie came against In California, which has lost its other three match-ups.
