Hey everyone! I thought I'd start another page on JoNew's west coast tour since we are on this fancy newfangled site now. I haven't seen Jo since the early 2007 show with Bjork, which I could barely see anyways, so there is much excitement for this tour!

I'm quite excited about the show in Oakland! BUT, being that Joanna is a very important artist to me, I think I might need to attend the SB show too. I was wondering if any tadpoles from the bay area (I live in San Jose) would be interested in making the drive with me to SB? It would be a difficult trip to make down and up alone in one day, so let me know! I figured I might as well throw that out there.

You have to buy them through the casbah. The Women's club isn't selling any.

is anyone by chance driving from los angeles to san diego the day of the show ?? im going to fly in from texas, but dont have a ride to san diego. if not, anyone know if theres a cheap way to get from LA to San Diego ? how many hours drive is it approximately ? thanks !

I'm still looking for a ride, too. I'll let you know if I secure one. Otherwise, I might take the train. Driving there takes about 2-3 hours, who knows how long it would take on a train.

Thank goodness! I want to go to both, but I just got a new (awful) job, and I'm sure that I won't be given off two nights in a row. I have tickets to the show on Friday, we'll see if I get to go to the other one.
